Tips and Tricks when looking for your wedding gown

24 Aug

With a new year upon us and so many new engagements now is the time to start looking for your perfect wedding dress!

Start off by looking online to get ideas… this is a great way to see different styles that are available. There are so many styles that are available to fit any and all body types that it is best to try on multiple styles before deciding what you want.

Once you’ve found some styles that interest you locate a store in your area! Be careful buying online. Yes there are a million gowns available to you through multiple internet shopping options… but what guarantee do you have that you will get what you’ve ordered or that if there is a problem that it will be taken care of? By choosing a local retailer in your area you will be able to receive personal service and the ability to try on the gown of your dreams!

When you find a store, take no more than 2 people with you to try on and make sure that they are supportive of helping you find the dress that YOU want. Bringing too many people with you only causes you a headache and takes away from something that is meant to be a memory that you can carry with you. Once you have found a dress, or at least narrowed down your selection, then bring in other members of you family and bridal party to see what you’ve decided on. This will make your life so much easier!!!

Remember that this is YOUR day and your gown should be perfect for YOU!!!
